Since the onset of this year 2009, a blazing trend which has been in the offing is now coming out as the year runs into the second half. The fashion industry is a very volatile industry. Any thing can happen any time. Trend can change any time. It takes just one thinking brain to cause a change. One man; Osama Bin Laden threatened the entire security of the Almighty U.S.

In the fashion industry the story is the same. In this 2009, the trend seems to be going back to the 1940’s and 50’s. Those were the years of the High heel shoes for both men and women, big baggy jeans, tight trousers with shapeless ends and the era of baggy gowns for women. Another striking feature of that period was the Afro-hair style of leaving the hairs to grow too much.

Today, the trend is gradually coming back. In Many African countries, the trend has gone far. Many men, young and old are now wearing baggy jeans even to big events.

In the offices and other places of work, you find men in their shapeless tight trousers that seem to be flying at the ends near the shoes. Most young men now desire to leave their hair to grow too big.
On the side of the women, the trend is still in its infant stage. Women are still glued to their tight Tops and slim jeans and skirts. The only area women seem to be going back to the 40’s is in the area of hairdo and the big gowns.

In all, the fashion world is a moving world in indeed. You can not predict the next out burst or change. All you need is to be at a proper alert.
